Recruitment Manager Position

We look for a senior or medio Recruiting Manager to help us find good and skilled new developers and project leads colleagues that fit with our culture and projects. You will be working with recruitment in Armenia and other Eastern European countries as well.
As a Recruitment Manager, you would be working together with our Head of Organisation and our HR assistants, all located in Serbia. You will be working with the full recruiting process when it comes to contacting and leading the process toward hiring. You will report to the Head of Organisation Zoran Pantic.

As for Armenia, we presently have a group of around 10 developers in Armenia. The team has a fantastic start-up spirit, and we want this group of talented colleagues to grow substantially.

Presently, our people work remotely in Armenia. When enough of our team in Armenia would like to come to the office, we would also like to create an office in Armenia.

The Recruiting Manager will handle the recruitment process in Armenia and beyond.

The job includes:

  • Understanding the demand for new people at Sprinting Software
  • Having knowledge about the local market for software developers and engineers
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Looking for people by e.g. advertisement, events, and search on LinkedIn
  • Doing first interviews with candidates
  • Coordinating coding challenges and tech interviews together with HR assistants
  • Presenting short-listed candidates to decision makers at Spriting Software
  • Presenting recommended candidates for hire to leads for final approval
  • Perform onboarding together with HR assistants

 

Personality and Skills

Personality and Skills

Considering the responsibilities, you should

  • Have medio or senior seniority and ability to win respect and trust of seniors
  • Be mature, proper, enthusiastic and have people skills
  • Have good English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Have basic knowledge about software technologies (not for use, just what they are)
