We are looking for a talented and ambitious B2B marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience from an IT company or tech start-up and who is comfortable in driving the operational marketing at Sprinting Group.
As the ideal candidate, you bring both a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset that enables you to execute the marketing strategy for both companies in the Sprinting Group: Sprinting Software and Sprinting Retail.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with BtB experience and a flair for online marketing, account-based marketing, coordinating events and facilitating marketing based lead generation.
You must be located in South/Eastern Europe and speak and write English fluently. You can either work remotely or if located in Serbia from one of our offices there.
You will be reporting to the Sales Director who is located in Denmark.

What will I do?
- Manage and deliver on the marketing plans including content, demand generation and event programs
- Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned with the business goals
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing including prospect/customer database, email marketing, landing pages, and social media campaigns
- Utilize marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure marketing tasks and workflows
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to stimulate action and drive prospects down the marketing funnel
- Responsible for collateral creation, case studies, digital marketing and performance marketing
- Create engaging B2B campaigns which build brand awareness, create a buzz and increase customer awareness of the brand and platform
- Drive awareness and demand to support the sales team prospect effectively and accelerate their pipeline
- Measure, analyse and report campaign performance, evaluating impact on revenue generation
What will I bring?
- Experience in B2B IT environment
- Marketing experience within a complex B2B sales cycle targeting C-level within the IT, digital, and marketing function
- Experience in creating engaging B2B campaigns
- Understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing
- Perfect English skills, especially in writing
- Experience with CRM (preferable Pipedrive) and marketing automation
